  2. Figure out the basic cost of the weekend, e.g. if we go whitewater rafting it will cost $x for the rafting trip, plus the standard $y to cover food and transportation for a total cost for that trip of $z.
  3. Give this information to the Scoutmaster and the Senior Patrol Leader so they can present the options to the scouts during PLC and activity planning meetings.

Note

If you are an adult leader and your picture is either "not available" or you feel it's not that good a picture and would like to change it, please do so! If you have a digital camera, have someone take a nice close mug shot and then email me that picture. I would much prefer that you be in uniform (if you have a class A uniform), and that the picture cover from just below your shoulders to just above your head (but not cut-off as in some of the above pictures). Unless you just want to, don't worry about editing the picture to crop it to cut out unnecessary background stuff. I can do that, no problem. If you do want to edit the picture, please edit it to a width of 200 pixels, height of150.
